Our online test manual accesses a dynamic database in our laboratory computer system to provide you with the latest information available on tests, including collection instructions and reference intervals.

To allow this interactivity a digitally signed ActiveX plug-in must be installed on your computer. The first time you attempt to open the manual the plug-in will automatically begin downloading. This may take up to 2-3 minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.
Depending on the security settings in your browser you may be asked whether you wish to download the plug-in. If you have any concerns about proceeding, the authenticity of the plug-in can be verified by checking the digital certificate.

Many of the links in the collection manual are in PDF format. PDF files can be viewed with the help of the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Acrobat Reader is available for free from Adobe, simply click on the "Get Acrobat Reader" icon and follow the download and installation instructions.
